Krystal Chatman, a seasoned educator with over 15 years of experience, passionately integrates technology into teaching. Currently serving as the Professional Learning & Community Manager for the Computer Science Teachers Association. She is a co-founder of the Mississippi AI Collaborative, an organization dedicated to uplifting Mississippians through AI upskilling. As a member of the EngageAI Practitioner Advisory Board, she advocates for equitable AI use in education. She also serves as CSTA-Mississippi Chapter President and is a 2022-2023 Equity Fellow. Krystal is a staunch advocate for equitable computer science education, championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
