Alpha Deen Bangura is a Deputy Director of the District of Port Loko in the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education in Sierra Leone with over a decade experience in research and educational administration. Alpha is a highly accomplished academic, holding not one but three master’s degrees in Educational Administration, Development, and Regional Studies from prestigious universities across the globe. Alpha has worked closely with NGOs and other educational partners from different countries contributing significantly to the improvement of education systems and the learning outcomes of pupils in marginalized communities.
